◎ Jianghu Fish Hotpot
Guests can experience the immense enjoyment of this robust spicy dish. We start with a 30-centimeter tall pot and add fresh catfish and a whole lot of spices. The end result is a beautiful dish that usually makes our guests cheer with surprise when the dish arrives at the table.
◎ The Village Stone Pot
Once chilly night a tour group found themselves lost in Hunan. They stumbled upon a family that was on the way back home for dinner. An old man from the family invited them to dinner and served them a dish that was not only in a piping host stone bowl but was also filled with wonderful spicy food. He told them that it would warm them up from the cold night air. They loved it so much that they took the recipe with them when they left and we can now offer it to you to experience. It will not just warm you up on a cold day, but it is just as good on a hot summer day. This dish is not to be missed.

We have found a way to combine the best of the East and the West. We take fresh grilled lamb kabobs grilled in the manner of the street grills, then make a pizza using the spicy lamb kabobs.
